Well one thing is for sure, none of those damn countries would have been shit following the Anglo "liberal market economy" model. So you can keep splitting my words and moving goal posts around...but the reality is, Stalin industrialized his country and they were a 3rd world shithole using swords under the Czar.

Who ended up killed of course, like all the incompetent dipshits that pandered to the aristocrats in that era. Which is what of what goes on here.

America is America because of the American military. Not because of Amazon, Walmart or fucking Paris Hilton. The least free areas of our society is what we owe the most to. The most socialist era of American history is when we made our biggest gains. Its about unity against external threat and not "every-man-for-himself" competition and cannibalism.

We sure as hell aren't going to stay on top by facilitating spoiled idiots run our economy into the ground so they can have more vacation homes. That doesn't produce unity against external threats. Neither does constantly importing cheap labor or exporting all middle class jobs.

If your for economic "freedom," you are for the status quo and that trajectory is headed straight down.

I do like the personal freedom stuff though -- that's getting more popular worldwide I might add.

Our socialist era is catching up to us. Paying for the elderly to live extra years in misery and dialysis means we can’t afford education, for instance. Don’t get me wrong, we could tax 88% and “afford” things, it’s just everyone like myself would move t Chile and you’d have no tax base until we made a South American empire and came back to liberate Texas from morons
