Sound Bug

I am having a sound bug issue with my game. I just redownloaded about 2 days ago. I seem to be able to hear all the normal sounds like animals and combat music, but my footsteps sounds are off (maybe one footstep for every three strides) and I have just silent times where there is no sound at all (sitting in the ec tunnel).
When I cast clarity on myself there is no spellcasting sound, but other people casting i do hear. It is very weird. Any advice on what I need to do?
