Damn, since when does the epic not affect mana pulses on p99?
My entire time in a top raiding guild on Green everyone thought that it did and would give clear preferences to epic bards, and the non-epic bards often felt bad. I'm surprised nobody (myself included) actually tested it. I had my epic and thought I was doing the right thing by twisting 32x4 instead of 34x1 and 32x3 because in theory if the epic was working then the 32 song would give more mana than the 2 ticks from 34 song.
