OK but for all the naysayers, consider this:
When paisley and I play together, we ALWAYS have a ‘first come, first serve’ loot policy, and in this case we were playing with someone completely new to p99 who had no preconceived notions of how looting ‘should be.’ Also, I am pretty sure I called it first (and looted it first) and was even willing to compromise going forward with new rulesets? It makes less sense to change to a rolling system on a dime than go with what we were already doing. I would also love to see where in the p99 rules rolling is to be considered ‘the default’ in any given situation… and are we just going to ignore how paisley ‘didn’t even want the shield’ but decided to roll on it anyway? In conclusion, I rest my case. Was I a ninja with quick looting reflexes in this situation? Yes. Was it ‘ninja looting’? Based on the way our group usually functions, definitely not… | ||
