Hello. I used to play EQ a long long time ago back when Ascending Dawn took down Kerafyrm.
What is the best way to start playing again. I own two laptops. One is a MacBook Pro & the other one has Debian Linux. Which one should I play with and where's the most recent method of installing it? Thanks!

pretty comprehensive. as for the install, there are some folks who have posted guides/videos for installing to a mac. I'm not an expert, but you basically use wineskin. I'm not sure about the Linux install.

No disc
My MacBook doesn't use CDs. Where do I install it without a disc?

It seems I unintentionally created a new thread., but my follow up question is, how do I install it without a disc. I use a MacBook Pro which doesn't have a CD ROM.

Not sure which would be best, but here are Mac/Linux guides that have been written up:
