I've not used it myself but I've heard good things about Druxa's installer.

does the EQEmulauncher 1.1 or 1.2 make the SoF client more stable? Or is this just a convenience? Honestly, if I just play on p99, I don't see a personal need for this.

It appears to have been designed for ease of use between the various servers. At one time I was switching between servers and would have to redo my folders upon returning to P99 or other other server. Although I've downloaded the client I never did switch between other Servers to see how well it worked.

since Uuaellaen is updating the p99 spell files continously, it is even usefull for people who just play on p99..

btw.. i have implemented some sort of better error reporting and exception handling, i will release this new update soon...

The more things i try to fix, the more goes wrong. I downloaded the supposed fix for the spell files missing error but that made everything worse. Then i tried someones suggestion to download this updater but it wont even run. The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Any ideas?

You need Microsoft .Net Framework.

Hi there,

I'm just starting and trying to download the launcher. However when I try the link you provided the website is no longer there. I found it elsewhere but when I open the files there isn't anything to install it with.

Know anywhere else I can download the launcher?

Should be able to go to http://moestaverne.com/ - Not much there other than a message saying it is under construction, but underneath that is a link to the download.

I have great news for you.

Rogean and I worked out a way to keep you guys always up to date. Instead of reading informations from my file-list, for the Project 1999 Server, the filelist comes directly from project1999.org - so as soon as there is a new update, eqemulauncher will know it [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Enjoy the launcher =)
