"Rogean: Accounts with characters under level 5 will now be subject to the following chat limits across all public channels:

2 Messages per 10 seconds.
Messages must be under 80 characters.
Messages must contain 70% Lowercase alphabet."

I applied the patch and then 10 minutes later it looks like the server went down. It doesn't even show up the client launcher list.

Venril Sathir should be 3 day respawn and Venril Sathir Remains should be 24~ hour respawn now.

Did that go in and just get missed in the messages?
