Default Help with launching?

I just did a fresh install and I think I followed all the steps correctly on the getting started.
However, after updating with the latest spell files, the game will no longer launch.

When I click the launcher, it just goes into the system tray at the bottom but doesn't fully launch. When I hover over it I can see the EULA Accept/Decline...but can't get it to come up.

Attached two screenshots, for whatever they can add
Any ideas?

Thank you

Vagazzled

Try rebooting?

Also, I'm curious about the folder labeled "nudes".

I had that happen once or twice.

The solution in my case was:
Open the Windows Task-Manager (CTRL+Shift+ESC) then rightclick EQ and select maximize.

Is it going to a 3rd screen that isn’t there? How are you launching it. From a shortcut or the .bat itself.

Oh sorry- to clarify, those are two screenshots of my one monitor. Not a 2 or 3-monitor setup. I’ve tried opening it from a shortcut on the desktop as well as the .bat in the directory.

Thanks for your response [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Ok. Well right click and make sure you don’t have a second monitor setup and it could Ben going there.

Then in the .bat file right click properties and set it to XP sp2 mode and try again.

If that doesn’t work then we’ll I’m gonna have to actually look at my file.

Thank you very much! I’m not home right now but I’m guessing it’s the 2nd monitor issue so i think you’ve solved it. Thanks!
