Quest Issue: Robe of the Whistling Fists Quest . turn in to Brother Balatin Broken

One of the 3 items required for the "Robe of the Whistling Fists" is no longer recognized by Brother Balatin (in Dreadland).

Had a guildy do the turn in Twice this week :
First was a MQ that im 100% sure was done correctly Where Brother Balatin was charmed , handed the chardok pipe , then handed the Karnor pipe and the robe. He said 2 lines confirming he recieved at least 2 correct items , and then nothing , he didnt depop , and no reward.
Second time all the items where on the monk and did the sneak turn in method, Brother Balatin was indifferent during turn in, again ,he said 2 lines confirming he recieved at least 2 correct items , and then nothing , he didnt depop , and no reward.

I'm pretty sure the quest is broken. Can someone look into it and confirm ?

This happened to me today as well. It was a Multi quest, but no reason it shouldn't have worked.

I am pretty sure its related to the Robe of the Lost Circle not being tagged correctly. There is a patch note related to the Robe of the Lost Circle's stats pre-kunark.

I just lost my 3 items on Blue server -- Skullcrusher 43 monk, I self-farmed all 3 items and handed them in while sneaking.

This is twice now that i did this and still don't have a robe.

Since it's a confirmed bug, you can petition staff for reimbursement in the Petitions forum.

yo guys ! i made it 2 time in one week (Farming HARRRRRD) (one MQ, GM respond me we cant do anything for a MQ), and i do the quest and refarming Second without MQ, i loose everything 2 times.
GM tell me they will rembourse me the robe for the no MQ part, i just have to wait to get it now.

Please, do a pétition in forum if u want to get remboursed, GM know this bug now, they are on !

Yeah, I have done this already. I'm really hoping that since it's an actual bug with the Quest NPC that has been verified, and not a MQ issue, that they will reimburse both robes.
(aware they are lore, but they could give one back in pieces, or, give the celestial book to us if we have the Danl's reference.)

That would be nice of them, since it was not anyone fault.
