I got my swimming from like 20 to 82 on my sham in upper guk killing swampwater crocs in the teens over by AC. And that was just swimming far enough to pull them from water back to AC area. I think its just skillup RNG shat on your hard.

One time I crashed while zoning into oot. Came back and was in the ocean. Spent two hours swimming to sister island and literally only got like 30 skill ups lol.

Seems classic to me. My original toon on classic (human bard with 75 INT) started early 2000 and I didn't max swimming till Velious. Defense either... I remember getting 200 defense pulling PoG. I was way over 100 days /played at that point.

Swimming in Guk is filthy; it's like swimming in a pool of bong water. You should be gifted additional skillups.

I'm pretty sure the skill is STA based, i have no trouble raising it on my tanks but it's really slow on my low STA characters. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
