I’m 6’1”, 225. So my BMI is basically 30. This technically makes me obese, and this is the problem with BMI. I’m not “fat” according to standard metrics, and am actually in pretty good shape. I’m not a body builder, but I definitely have working man muscles. I could lose like 10 lbs of beer weight and probably be better for it though. That would make my BMI simply “overweight”.

Dudes would "fail" their bmi shit all the time in the military for being in good shape. They were not like diced to the socks or anything, just really fit. They failed, A LOT. Technically they were "too heavy" for their height and stuff but they could swim 100m run 1.5 miles in boots in under 10 minutes, 100 pushups in 2 minutes, 100 situps in 2 mins, like feats of athleticism that regular people cannot perform. They failed. lol Then to make it even better, all the people whos training was really expensive like nuclear techs were all fat pigs and didnt have to do any PT, couldnt be removed for being a fat fuck and literally get stuck in scuttles causing which could kill people in an emergency. They just had to put on the clothes, flail around a bit until they cried and then went home.

5'9" 174 - 25.7. Would be lower but Ive been slacking lately and also had a few too many cheat meals. Gotta get ready for hot boy summer.
