The making instrument modifiers stick, has to be done multiple ways in the code, based on what it is. I think the current case with dots is one of the last.

Fixed instrument modifiers sticking to bard dots.
Fixed quick twisting, making spell casting bar go away sometimes (once i figured out how to make it happen, i was like, omg, how annoying). Both pending update to live. | ||
