What happened to stepping out of this debate?
Yeah, I stepped out for the night, went to bed. Came back to work and it's been slow these past couple weeks, so I decided to spend some time discussing politics. I post on here maybe for a month out of a year. You don't. Is this supposed to be a gotcha?

We're not disagreeing, you just have a malformed understanding of rights. They only protect you from government persecution, not social.
There is no such thing as social persecution that is recognized by a collective group of people. We call those vigilantes and they get persecuted by the government law in the US. You can socially denounce someone, just as you are now but that isn't persecution.

You said one thing and did the opposite, pretty cowardly.

Do some more research, there is absolutely no precedent set that requires someone to serve someone in their place of business. There isn't just one case. There are thousands.
right, SCOTUS declined to address the question and found a different basis. The question is still unsettled, that's what a punt is.

Disagreeing isn't denouncing. Everybody has free speech.

No, I said "I'm stepping out of the debate" didn't say how long, didn't say what I was doing. You love to point out the most uneducated arguments that have no foundation and use those as a catalyst for anything you argue. Even then it's simple sentences, never a great complete thought and a rationalization on your point of view.

Here is you, not understanding words.

Excuses, you can't even keep your word for a day.
