Default Cannot access the wiki page

Hi guys.
I have not been able to access wiki.project1999.com for almost a week now. Tried on multiple computers/browsers and always get the Plesk Obsidian web host page. I checked and other users are able to use it, I am also able to access the site on my phone.
I am wondering if I somehow got blacklisted on my IP, and if so, would love someone to reach out and tell me why.

that's not one I've seen before, if you do an NSLookup from your computer what does it think the IP of wiki.project1999.com is?

mine for example from a command line:

nslookup wiki.project1999.com

returns:

Name: wiki.project1999.com
Address: 160.72.227.53

Interestingly enough, accessing the site via your IP you provided gets me there, but the ui isn't right.

Sounds like a DNS issue, I would IPConfig /flushdns however if it is happens for multiple machines in the house it may be a provider issue. As a test you could try setting your primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (google) and try and IPConfig /flushdns to get rid of any old entries on that machine to see if it improves.
