Rogue epic

I have recently lvled to 50 and starting to work on my epic. I have been hearing there is a problem with Founy Jestands in Kaladim being too high lvl to pickpocket. I did not believe it, so I tried last night, after 30 min of pp, nothing. Is anyone else having this problem? What lvl is he suppose to be, he is red to me at 50?
