The scientific explanation for why motivational speakers urge you to “love the process”
I personally like to imagine how the physical or mental stress is developing me. That way, the more stress I am under, the greater mental development I perceive. The actual amount is probably much less than what I imagine, but it’s not nothing Same for fear. I tell myself that only by doing things I really fear can I gain courage. I can’t and shouldn’t learn not to fear things, that will actually limit my development https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=

The only workouts I could do for a week :/
