DB Error - Invalid Password

I setup the game a few weeks ago and worked fine. Now my Password wont work and I get the message "DB Error - Invalid Password". I have tried the password I wrote down and all possible ones I would have used.

Is this an issue with my account or the system? Is there any way to confirm my password or reset it?

I tried searching the Tech Forum and others; but was unable to find my answers. Im sorry if I missed it.
