I wasn't there, but I still don't see this as an "exploit". Plenty of guilds use game mechanics to take targets. Many targets are pulled to zone lines while leaving in between merbs up. As this mechanic was not expressed as "forbidden" in any way until now, I don't see the issue. I can't blame people (I know you can and will) for not knowing.

That said, if Apex continued to do this, that's another issue. I doubt they would though.
