Loot rights?
I see people asking to buy them from time to time on here. What does that mean? Quillmane for example, he is a roaming mob in a zone, how does someone have a "right" to it? Or does someone just camp it for you, and then you log on to loot it?

yea its a "I will have the right to a mobs loot by killing it, with either myself or my team, and then sell you the right to loot the corpse and take the (usually no drop) item for yourself" type of deal.

You camp out in SK with the toon you want the cloak on and then get a discord DM when quillmane drops the cloak. Then you quickly log in and loot it and the guy spawning quillmane gets paid a fee
