I got the same problem. I deleted and installed it, dragged the content of the folder, and I got the same message.

I also have parallel desktop and I did a copy and paste of my entire everquest folder to windows and it worked.

I'm not sure what I could try to solve this problem

Right click the .app & click Show Package Content
