Green has Kunark coming out at the end of this year. You should have no problems getting camps, items or plat on green.
If you want everything P99 will ever have to offer then blue is that.

blue if u want to solo up to lv 40 until u find other people your level (less toxic from my experience nice people there) most high level people here or raiders here server has been running for 10+ years now
Green: plenty of people all levels but prepare to fight over some camps since everyone is crowded on the mainland without kunark the newer server but if your new go with green definitely people are nice enough to help new players | ||

I recommend the Red server! Unlike Blue and Green, Red offers a bonus to leveling for each person in your group! While that may be classic, it encourages traditional bonding and dungeon crawls that SHOULD be happening in this game. Sadly players on both Blue and Green choose to solo as much as possible in order to maximize their XP intake to 50 or 60.
That is one of the top reasons to try Red.
