I can't JC on blue, but if you do find a JC'er in EC and gather the right materials for them they'll probably do the combines for a tip <3

I would highly suggest to not tradeskill at that point. Its far, far, far more economical to make ~1k plat in Lfay from 13 to 18 or 19, then go to EC and just kit yourself out, than spend all that plat to make 2 bracelets.
