blue has devolved into vanquish farming greens in every zone worth anything to sustain their pixel lust.
green has a bunch of kiddie touchers running around playing lawyerquest. the days of open fear and hate crawls on project 1999 are long gone. the joy of 100+ randoms experiencing content that is gate kept by the jobless is outweighed by the fear of being DQ'd because a mini spawns or a quaco draco pops. just keep your sleep apnea machine clean and your batphone on max volume. otherwise this community isn't for you anymore.

This is anecdotal, but it seems all the new players to P99 are going to Green.
Green will probably be the best in terms of a natural grouping experience. Both servers are old enough to have a maturing player base, but Blue is even more so. If you see a level 12 character on Blue, there's a good chance he already has a few level 60 alts. I started playing P99 again a few months ago after a long break and I don't think I have even grouped once on Blue. It has been 100% solo. Granted, I've been playing Necro, Druid, and Shaman...but still. If anyone is grouped up, they certainly aren't PUGs. Which is a problem, because MMOs need a constant flow of newbies. To feed the in-game economy and overall health of the server.

But seriously I personally don't have any issues with the community on blue because I don't care about the "end game." I have nothing against sweaty no-life raiders but this 20 year-old game isn't the one for it IMO. I just want to have fun with some elf friends and maybe do some cool solo stuff on my chanter and I can accomplish that on blue.
