Permafrost could be a fun solo/group crawl. I'm not sure what level is needed to get to some of the named mobs but it starts off low level at the front and gets harder as you go in.

Kaesora is a fun dungeon with a great xp modifier. Out of the way so not frequently done unless you bring a group. When you are level appropriate I would recommend hitting it up.

Could probably do Perma now. Great mod too.
Cazic Thule may be busier nowadays...but another great zone / mod. +1 for Kaesora as well, fantastic zone...can stay for the long haul and camp your piece for howling stones at the same time. Great zone to convince a necro to come duo and just destroy everything.

Also, with regard to the dreaded double doors. For those that aren't aware, people are afraid of going in past the doors because of the legendary trains. Those trains can be avoided quite easily. Invis up, and open the double doors and peek inside. See that bridge that goes over the room? There's ONE pather that goes across that bridge. If he sees you or gets social aggro from a mob you pull in that room then he is what causes the train, because he has to run through the dungeon to get to you. And he brings all his friends that he passes along the way. Avoid the trains by having your puller watch for the bridge pather before pulling. Or better yet, fight in and go past the dreaded double doors and set up a camp across the first bridge you come to.
