Patch Files - Changing at Launch?

I've skimmed around looking for this and haven't found anything yet.

Are either of the sets of patch files V50D, or V50H good for playing on Green at launch, or will there be a patch tomorrow to start the server off?

Answer: Yes, there will be a final set of patch files before launch.

They are avaliable at the get the latest patch files link on the p99 home page, and p99 green is up for character creation.
