Question about Swarmcaller

Is the slow on Swarmcaller's Tagar proc based on my level? Or it a set %?

I believe procs will use your level in its calculation. Not completely sure on that though.

I think it's a set percentage, based on the proc level of the weapon.

So if you have to be level 46 for it to proc, it uses the slow percentage of the level 46 Tagar spell?

Are you asking how often it procs, or what's the effective "caster level" when it does? Sounds like the latter.

I'm sure I read somewhere profs work as if one level higher than the required level for prof. I have nothing to back that up.
