Default Webserver down?

When I start up EQemu it's saying the webserver is down but when I come here, it says the server is up...is this a common issue? I'm not sure why this is happening all of a sudden.

The exact message is

"Error while retrieving newest version" then it says it can't reach the webserver.

I believe so, I use the Duxa Installer, Ive always used it and it's worked fine. The list of servers won't even appear at all.

**EDIT**

Sorry, I mean I use the EQemu launcher. I tried downloading the zip manually but while to extract the files it said I didn't have permission, which makes no sense. I run EQemu in admin mode, I figured that's all I would need to do. This EQemu was working not 48 hours ago, I have no idea what could have changed since then.

Yeah and I have made it so I am admin with windrar so I can put the zip file in my EQ directory, still no luck.

I am, it's checked at run as admin, and I'll right click it and say "run as admin" just to make sure.

hmm.. not sure what the problem could be. I'm not the best with technical issues, your situation has happened to me once before and all I had to do was update the spellfiles

It's so strange, like I said, it worked just fine not long ago. Out of nowhere the list of servers won't even show up?

Same problem here. Anything changed? I havent changed a thing on my computer. Just tried to login and BOOM>>>>> Even though I knew it had nothing to do with it, I went ahead and followed all those directions in the faq. to no avail. The only thing I havent done, which I may try tomorrow if nothing comes up tonight is delete and reinstall everything...
