Game Mechanics: Monk Hand to Hand Skill

When I logged in today I started getting H2H skillups completed to 252. However, when I check my skills window, it's stuck at 243 (shaded red). I'm a 59 Monk (cap prior to patch was 243) so per the wiki it should cap at 245 at 60. Is the skill window wrong or are my skillups to 252 just false?

My self and Etari in indignation have some information to add to this possible bug. In sky i was out DPSing him on every single fight (both using fist/sos) despite being a level lower, (59v60) and having 94% haste vs his 100% haste. When we checked displayed attack and h2h skill I was showing 252 and he was only showing 245 with the 245 listed in red. I got the skill ups to 252 after the patch went live. Now today when I log in it has returned to 243 and shows red for me. What the heck is going on here??

Just zoned in game and my h2h went back to 252 and my attack increased by the corresponding points.

I went from WC to KC and my H2H dropped back to 243. Zoning and relogging did not return it to 252.

I noticed my tracking went red on my druid as well. Ive skilled it up to 50 but it consistently shows 20 in red now.

Once I logged to another character it cleared it back to 252. It has not dropped back down that I have noticed. Will keep checking.

H2H was stuck at 245 for probably 2 weeks now its back at 252 today when I logged in... nice!

Still stuck at 245 here, something is defiantly buggy with how the client displays it.
