False...a petition was submitted by the leaders of the 4 guild alliance that was there that night.

Better questions like why does one person logging in on top of a boss who's gone LD lock a guild in for 30 mins. Wouldn't say it was malice, more derpiness. Had no officers on with working mics. AM was in la la land more or less that cycle.

This in my opinion is not the truth. I don't know for certain but I can say with confidence that almost everyone was racing to Aary because it was thought that Vulak was locked because of Aary. Once AM had first FTE on Aary the competition decided to test Vulak to see if it was unlocked because why not, had nothing to lose at that point.

I know some people like rooted dragons... but as someone who's been competing since right about when velious launched... this era is just dumb.

I fully expect some hardcore, only-been-on-the-server-9-months type to get really excited I'm posting this... but time on server brings wisdom. And seriously, the GMs killed their own product with this move.
