The governor, Eric Greitens, made the move to keep the AG, Josh Hawley, from pursuing an investigation into the possibility that he broke the law when he used a fundraising list from a non-profit to collect funds for his political campaigns.
All of that mishigas comes just a week after a Republican-led committee in the state legislature published a report containing allegations that included non-consensual sex between the governor and a woman he met in 2015.
Among the allegations from the woman, who testified under oath, was that Greitens blindfolded her, stripped her naked and took a picture of her as a means of blackmail and that he coerced her into performing oral sex while she was sobbing uncontrollably. In the state legislative report, the committee made clear that they believed the woman was a credible witness.

Greitens has acknowledged the affair but said any allegations of non-consensual sex, blackmail or violence are simply false. He has insisted that calls for his resignation are nothing more than a partisan witch hunt.

Even though it's CNN -- I think ill have to side with the girl unless someone gives me a good reason why they would target this dude specifically with false allegations. Frankly, governor is a pretty rapey office to hold, historically speaking.

It depends on where your loyalties rank.

Do you care about your country? Then you don’t want a foreign elite exploiting it.

Do you value democracy, liberties/freedoms and the common people being empowered? Then you need to be conscious of the 1% banker class accumulating higher percentages of the worlds wealth at the commoners expense.

You need to understand that financiers will bleed a country like America dry then move to the next country. They aren’t Americans. They aren’t loyal to us. They have controlling grip on us and make decisions for us but they don’t care about making moves that are in our interests.

Look at what happened to those bubbles in the mid 2000s. The financial institutions made a fortune off predatory loans then made a killing again when they got bailed out for trillions of dollars.
