I don't have a toon around your level, but I would also say that you should consider necros for duo partners, I've done dru/nec a few times and it was great! Regen, speed increase, dots, snares, roots.

Best partner would be a chanter. A snared pet is a safe pet. And druid snares do last the longest of all snares.

Second this. At 47 you and an enchanter could do TD spirocs very easily. Using a Spiroc Proven for a pet with their ~300dmg backstabs, fear, and snare, you could likely keep all the spawns down (assuming no one else is there) with minimal effort. A hasted proven can kill one spiroc every 30 seconds or so.

Pull 10 or so like you would a quad, and kite them while the enchanter fears singles out of the pack. If you have a lumi might as well toss some lumi clicks in on the ones waiting to be feared.
