Hadden - Dialachad drama

I took over Hadden from Purple <Seal Team> this afternoon. After waiting a few hours. He told me he was gonna be semi AFK for the repop and I killed Hadden for him and passed on the earing about 30 seconds later. I then took over the camp from Purple. I hung out for a bit before I went afk, 10 feet across the pond, with line of sight and within spell range. Where I see probably half the Hadden campers sitting.

I come back to Dialachad at the camp, claiming it as his, while I was there the whole time. Claiming I needed to be on top of the spawn to claim the camp. He claimed he had fraps running to prove it. I was there the whole time. No /tells, nothing, just tried to force his way into the camp. He claimed if I could sit 10 feet away and claim the camp than he could sit at Blackburrow and claim it.

I engaged Hadden within 1 second of respawning with Ice Comet. While trying to be KS'd by Dialachad. Hadden clearly had a fishing pole this time. Why you would want to try to KS a Hadden with a Fishing pole I'll never know.

Don't be an asshole, I would have given you the camp if you needed the earing that bad.

Do people actually sit at the Hadden spawn? Can’t you just get a time of death and then come back for the repop and try to get FTE? Or do gms honor the person sitting there doing nothing for 6 hours?

It's been considered an afk camp since classic. Most just afk for 6 hours and come back right before he respawns. Which is perfectly legal as long as you kill him within 2 mins of repop.

Hadden isnt a FTE mob, if someone is camping him they have camp rights, any outdoor mob can be a camp as long as you kill them at their spawn u just cant hold multiple, learn the rules before you end up taking a vacation. The only outdoor mobs that are FTE are raid bosses and mobs that randomly spawn in different locations like quillmane
