Pacify is pretty big for Encs too. There's several camps that a shaman just isn't going to be able to solo reliably because they won't be able to pull a single.
Necros don't have slow which is a pretty massive blow when fighting a tough named mob, but they can tear up a place like droga and make good money that way.

Ranger, Druid, or Bard because of track.
Other classes as mentioned for the things that those classes do better.

Everything a shaman does is done really really slowly...sure they can kill some WW dragons and other sweet things but it takes forever and then some...
Enc can kill so fast and s smooth and make it look sooo easy until it isn’t and they dead sooo fast... If it summons necros’ have trouble with some exceptions. All of them have drastically different gameplay too

Enchanter, Shaman/Necro.
Charmable pet near by, Enchanter is great. If it can be slowed, Shaman is great, but slow at solo loot. If they can fear kite or charm undead pet, Necro is great to solo with.

I'm gonna go differently:
Shaman, Enchanter, and Necro can hold down The Big Camps, yes. But those have high competition! If you want to Hunt Treasure, I will vote Ranger. Can you hold down the big cash camps? No! Not at all! But can you roam outdoor zones in camo, tracking rare but high value mobs, especially with Kunark named cycles? Yes! Go ranger if you want to literally hunt your treasure.
