What's the deal with that human necro who seems to just lay there in Rivervale making the place look untidy, causing an obstruction, creating zone lag and using up server bandwidth? It has a name referencing charaters from the Trailerpark Boys.

And who's the dude on top of the wall near Neriak zone in EC? Is it a data collection bot spying on everybody's auctions to put into an external 3rd party web site?

Here's an idea...make AFK areas like there are bind areas. These AFK areas should be away from entrances and passageways etc. Anybody AFK for hours, days, weeks outside those areas gets kicked. EC should be a non-AFK area to stop bots collecting auction data.
