Can't get to log in server

I cannot get to EQ login servers. My internet provider is switching over to a new IP address block they purchased about a year ago. They tell me the Geo Locator Data Base EQ is using needs to be updated. The game thinks the ip is from some foreign country when who is shows it as US. I can log in from anywhere except my home provider. Thanks for any help you can give me.
