We should give him one of those extra Mistwalkers from the bank.

No you are absolutely right, the guild I joined turned out to suck ass. They failed me.

I just wish there was a sign posted that I could have seen from the very beginning, Project 1999: Join IB or get no raid loot ever.

as one of the trackers for IB, I have to say a few things. I joined this server on January 10th only after reading that Transcendence forced a rotation and they cheat pull phinny. If I never read either one of those things I may have joined Trans and put long hard tracking hours in for you. Its too bad really, there are a lot of good people in Transcendence.

Trans screwed themselves over when the rotation went into effect and is now feeling the wrath of a forced rotation IB had to endure. I believe that our trackers put in the hours looking for raid mobs because of that fact.

Now why would you come up with this, Zhao? Do you realize that this is incredibly disrespectful to me and many individuals in my guild that you see tracking raid targets every day? Maybe it helps you to feel better about things to tell yourself that we cheat or that someone cheats for us, but you know the truth. You saw me tracking right next to you yesterday. Taluvill knows that my bind point is right next to his and that it hasn't moved since I joined IB. You see our tracking classes at every raid target.

You also know that, primarily because of incessant complaints from your ex-guild, server policy has been changed so that the developers can no longer play on Project 1999. The effect this has had is two-fold: fewer developers to improve the game for all of us and less fun for those that chose to remain on the developer team.

If there were even the least bit of proof to any of your charges of rules violations or impropriety, someone in your ex-guild would have come to these boards constantly until the issue were addressed. There is no proof. There were no transgressions.

Not everyone gets a trophy in classic EQ. That game is World of Warcraft. In this game, there are winners and there are losers. Every day is a new chance to win. When you win, you get a prize to commemorate your victory. Without the losses, wins have no meaning. It's why I play here. I like to compete and I like to win.

I think you're better than this. I have always attempted to treat you with dignity and respect. I would appreciate the same courtesy.
Again, well said and Alawen speaks for most if not all IB members.

Some only troll the hater posts only because its funny and it gets you guys even more mad which ensues even more lulz.
It's like that one guy in your group of friends that everyone makes fun of. It's because he ges mad and it gets funnier every time.

I for one have stayed up until 6am on a work night to track a target just to spite Trans. Here here

GM's using showeq to get raid mobs?

Shit, I could care less if the entire dev team's play-chars popped up in front of me and summoned themselves full sets of ToV gear.

Why? Because at the end of the day even if they are running around in amazing loot, I still get to play this game with my friends because of the dev team's efforts.
This.

I don't know much about this weapon or how good it is. But if this is how you think of the weapon, why was it in the game in the first place? If it's this bad, there is no need to have it in the game from the start, just for the sake of reliving that terrible classic experience concerning this weapon.

*shrug*

I think you GMs are doing a great job. I'm enjoying playing on the server a lot. I'm reliving the experiences that I had, so top notch. I didn't have the weapon (or the manastone or the rubicite BP) back then and neither do I have them now, so I'm quite happy.
