[Rogean]

This patch contains a new spells file. Please obtain the latest EQ Changes V7 from the setup guide.

Code

• Rogean: You will now automagically levitate when on a boat.
• Haynar: Fix for large mobs (like Trakanon) not being able to find path nodes.
• Haynar: Weapon procs will no longer start spell recast delay timers.
• Haynar: Eye of Zomm's will now aggro mobs that do not have npc_aggro set, just like players and normal pets do.
• Haynar: LoS fixes - This fixes some bad aggro spots in sebilis, and where in some places mobs can see through walls.
• Haynar: Aggro Intervals adjusted to be more classic like
• Haynar: Targeted AE Fixes.
• Haynar: Several Trade fixes and generally better handling.
• Kanras: Changed quested mage focus items to clickable from inventory.
• Kanras: Fix for bard manasong not playing particle effect on groupmates.
• Kanras: Berserker frenzy hp checks updated.
• Kanras: Disciplines fixed

• Nilbog: Klok G'Rshai will now spawn in Lake of Ill Omen.
• Nilbog: NPCs will no longer drop the craftable version of 'Ton Warrior Totem'.
• Nilbog: Added missing iksar outcast spawn in Swamp of No Hope. Iksar outcasts in both sonh and cabeast will drop their skulls more frequently.
• Nilbog: a ghoul ritualist will once again cast necromancer spells.
• Nilbog: Added ghoul scribe spawn to Lower Guk.
• Nilbog: Datur Nightseer will once again reward newbie paladins for their starting note.
• Nilbog: Firiona Vie guards will now assist versus goblins.
• Nilbog: mountain giant patriarchs may now rarely drop the Tree Weave.
• Nilbog: Barbed Scale Whip can now be wielded in primary until it is later nerfed.
• Nilbog: You may no longer bind in Timorous Deep.
• Uthgaard: Chancellor drop rate set to 100%, missed that when I doubled the respawn time
• Uthgaard: Melodious Truncheon changed from IT10601 to IT21
• Uthgaard: Young Ronin will now drop the torn sash 100% of the time
• Uthgaard: Brusco's Bombastic Bellow will no longer require an instrument to play
• Uthgaard: Fixed a typo on Cannibalize II castonother emote text
• Uthgaard: Fixed a typo on Pacify duration
• Uthgaard: Moved Hymn of Restoration's particle effect to the soundless system
• Uthgaard: Removed faction requirements from penance quests
• Uthgaard: Disease Cloud aggro component is in now the correct field in the db

double check you unzipped correctly. Try manually dragging each file from the zip file to the correct directory (spells and dbst both go in sony/everquest, and the globalload goes in sony/everquest/resources)

I also added this to the FAQ because I see it come up every patch now.

Also we tuned resists a bit, so far, it looks good enough to consider resolved. Post in the bug forum with feedback, just stick to the facts.
