Frames drop when using mouse look and dgVoodoo.

I been trying to switch to dgVoodoo from the other fixes I did to keep Device Reset Failure monster at bay. I have no issues using keyboard turn so it leads me to believe it is something with my mouse cursor being tracked by Windows and in game at the same time.

I've tried several things that has been posted but nothing seems to work. dgVoodoo has capture mouse but it doesn't seem to capture it within the window. That is the only thing I can think of at the moment is a program to capture the mouse in game at all times to see if that would fix it.

Anyone have experience with this?
