If bards is so smart then let me ask a simple Q, why are u playing a cleric then? My gut instinct tells me it’s becuz a bard ain’t great at singing when he is chain stunned and there nothing u can do about it because cleric has 3 bubbles, fear, complete heal etc.

im not playing a caster fool, i remember no one being able to cast on my rogue on OG and just standing there laughing at idiots going oom before killing them in a double backstab

No. Charisma is especially important for rogues. Basically everyone should be maxing charisma.
