While I agree it is overpriced, there is no more valuable tradable item in game for necromancers. No other anything you could buy in EC will have a bigger impact on gameplay.

I disagree. Z heart is way more valuable as a tradeable item. Ill take permanent Regen over convenient charm breaks and quick invis.
