pvp in eq always sucked, thats why theres only one eqlive pvp server
people only want to ungabunga fight for a camp only when they have a surefire chance of winning, ie a monk training a camp
the amount of autism required to even slightly enjoy MMOs is huge and if you touch their stretch armstrong you will lose hours, if not days of progress when they turn on you
plus you cant play melee characters since casters will always dominate you. a fire pet with banded armor, summoned coldstonesx3/flightrings is the tank and dps there for a reason
