NPC Spawn Issue: Groi Gutblade - South Karana

He is suppose to be a static spawn around loc 300, 3000 and then paths south as him or a lion ph. He is currently behaving how he does on p99 blue which is a random spawn near paw from any lion kill.

As far as I know his current Blue spawn behavior was updated to classic behavior. He previously wasn't spawning correctly on blue. Do you have evidence to the contrary?
