Maybe they will disable book turn in because people were corpsing books.

People helping guildmates is a bad thing? People will stop helping Rogue friends get epics when people stop helping kill Ragefire for Cleric epics.

Supposedly the raiding guilds already have surpluses that they're stockpiling for alts and future rogues.

Ragefire: /random, limited to one per cleric.
Rogue Book: race, same 5 bots in the same guild have won 30+

One book per rogue. Problem solved.
