I would recommend Mage/Mage.



You can see here the effectiveness of the mage bolt line of spells.

It is a very difficult and complex class to play, but if you really put the time in and hone your craft then you too will be able to kill bard players.

I'd say enchanter/sk or bard/sk. I know most others would say like Druid/Mage
