Original Character Selections Menu

Hopefully most of you remember the 1999-2000 character selection menu. The gray stone colored one with the vanilla rectangle buttons. If your character was good he was in a small tower or something, and if he was evil you were in a dark room with lava. I was curious to know if there was a way to import that original screen back into the game? And if so... would it be as easy as replacing the load screen? I know I have the original file on my kunark disc, I just don't know if it would run properly.

I'm not really the programmer type or what have you, it was hard enough for me to run P1999 on this computer, so if you know that would be cool [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Thanks... Also if you can find any screen shot of the original character selection that would be appreciated. I searched all over Google, I can't seem to find it. The only photo I have is from my original Kunark manual.

You can change splash screens though, just change the image file.

How about would I change the splash screen? Also, I tried looking for the character select screen file, does anyone know the name of it?
