Default Any Boat Motor Mechanics Around?

Got a 92 60hp 3 cyl Evinrude than im getting no spark/intermittent spark on number 2. Ive unhooked and cleaned all connections that i could find. Ive switched around the plugs, plug wires, and coil packs with no change...still no spark on number 2...

So i just installed a new power pack today...still no spark on number 2.

I am not pro with a multimeter.

That sounds like everything I would feel comfortable doing on my own. Maybe try cleaning the plug socket again on 2. If that still doesn't work, I would replace the wires/caps. One might be corroded at some point in the line. If your still not getting full spark, I would take it to a mechanic personally. I don't know enough about them to open it up and start messing around
