Default Seafuries breaking Charm

I do not know if this is a bug or not.
Since the patch Seafuries in OOT breaking 49 Allure charm within 2-4 minutes with a 242 charisma. Prepatch the spell was holding to mostly length of spell.
I tried this with 10 Seafuries.
I know the stats were adjusted, but the message sounded like they were being made easier.

I have since tried again.
This time with 254 Charisma.

49 Allure spell is breaking within 3 minutes on 10 Seafury Cyclops in OOT.

I remember back in the day that if someone charmed a mob they could get one, MAYBE 2 fights out of it before having to re-charm? I remember it not being as rampant as it is in P99. Although as of late it seems to not be done as much.

True, but its lasting about 1/6 of a fight when before the patch it would last the full length of spell - so its been royally messed up on these mobs.
Its one thing for the mob to be modified so it has a chance to break early but not every time with max charisma and level and they said the mob was being made easier.
