NPC Spawn Issue: Large wisps and Sloath* Snakes KOS in unrest; popping out of walls.

Very odd indeed.
I wasn't sure wisps were in unrest, so I was just "surprised" when they popped out of the wall in Unrest near the ZL to DC.
But when a green snake did it, I was sure this was a bug.
Nothing major of course, but never-the-less very strange activity.

It was the same graphic at the sloath snakes (spell check) in DC.
So I'm sure that's what it was.

To confirm this, earlier today another snake came out of the wall on the unrest trash side opposite the tiny house.

Probably a more silly bug then the others posted =P
