Velium Retrieval/Bracer of Hammerfall Quest
The Velium Retrieval quest is bugged. It should require the Velium Delivery Note and 50 plat to obtain the Shipment of Velium Ore. If you hand in the delivery note to Ungdin he should say something something <cough> 50 pieces <cough> of platinum <cough>. You hand him the 50 Platinum to get the shipment.
Currently if you hand him the delivery note he gives you the shipment. If you hand him 50 platinum he asks for 50 platinum. The responses appear to be reversed (it should be hand in note, cough cough 50p, hand in 50p , get shipment). I have killed Ungdin in the event someone loaded him up with plat and it's still happening. Upside: you can currently complete this quest Absolutely free. Downside: Quest cannot be MQ'd at this time.

Fyi killing NPCs currently does not delete their items such as loaded up plat (as far as i'm aware). Recall nilbog saying known issue, at least with merchants
