Sky and Tofs are the only two 'tower' zones they really did well imho.
Kurn's Tower was a cool idea... and decent leveling zone. It's really boring though, and kind of lacks depth. 99% of the mobs are identical, no real loot other than bone chips, super basic in design compared to other low level dungeons like BlackBurrow or CB for example.

yeah I remember the first time I got upstairs I was just like wait what? I had stayed on the first floor forever thinking it was way too dangerous upstairs, only to find out it's just more of the same, LOL.

Yeah, there is that really lame barricade you can't pass... kinda feel that they meant to add more but didn't.
